As we embark on a strategic expansion for the years 2024-2025, we are seeking a B2C Partnerships Manager (Influencer Marketing) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with key streamers and influencers, thereby amplifying our brand's reach and impact. You’ll ensure digital events and campaigns are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will strategize and manage our influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand goals and contributing significantly to our growth and presence in the digital realm.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with streamers and influencers across various platforms;
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our brand’s objectives and values;
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with our brand standards;
- Manage and update influencers' CRM database;
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling promotional campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary;
- Manage budgets for paid partnerships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact;
- Provide regular reports on partnership outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future strategies;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
- Strong project management and negotiation skills;
- A proven track record in managing influencer partnerships or similar roles within the marketing domain;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, showcasing a proactive and results-driven approach;
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to balance multiple priorities;
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry and its key players.
