As BGaming embarks on a strategic expansion for the years 2024-2025, we're seeking a Digital Events Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on creating digital events with influencers, primarily streamers, to increase brand awareness and drive revenue. A key aspect of the position is leading our annual Streamers Awards event, a large-scale project that celebrates the streaming community's best talent. You'll be responsible for overseeing events from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and partnerships.
Strong communication and management skills are key, as you'll work with internal and external creative teams, copywriters, and website specialists. We need someone with a "get-things-done" attitude and experience in marketing and promotion. If you've worked with influencers, that's a plus. We're seeking candidates with fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and the ability to keep events on track.

Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Design, plan, and execute digital events and competitions for influencers (streamers), ensuring they meet company objectives and community expectation;
- Global Streamers Awards Event: Oversee the planning and execution of an annual global streamers awards event, coordinating all aspects, including nominations, voting, and award ceremonies;
- Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, partnerships, and business development teams, to ensure successful event execution;
- Creation of Digital Assets: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop digital assets such as promotional videos, graphics, websites, and text content to support event promotion and execution;
- Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns for events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement;
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting financial goals;
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze event performance, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve future events.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Russian;
- A team player with a self-starting attitude, strong project management skills and business acumen;
- Previous digital events / project management experience;
- Previous content and website creation experience as a project manager;
- Clear and timely reporting both of the success and failures;
- Creative, yet goal-oriented approach;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Fast learner with attention to details;
- Good at giving and receiving constructive feedback.

- Understanding of iGaming industry.
